ACK, except that download links should go through the mirror selection
script; see commit c0bc303e for details. In particular, a link like
http://www.apache.org/dist/deltacloud/stable/deltacloud-core-1.0.0.tgz
should become
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi?path=deltacloud/stable/deltacloud-core-1.0.0.tgz
until we've got our own mirror download script up and running.
