I noticed these issues while trying out the ec2 front-end with the FGCP driver:
1. When an instance does not have a public IP address assigned, an error occurs.
2. When a driver does not return the instance state (FGCP driver only returns
instance when querying a specific instance), an error occurs.
3. For the instance's public IP, private IP address is returned.
