strange that this only happens for instances. For the instance actions (like
reboot) its a HTTP POST, so the curl command is like:
curl -v --user "USER:PASS" -X POST http://localhost:3001/api/instances/ID/reboot
(see http://deltacloud.apache.org/curl-examples.html)
Can you see anything useful in the nova logs?
