Patch 1/2 adds the (start of the) CIMI documentation - REST API and cURL examples for now this is limited to Machine and Machine Image - to be added to
Patch 2/2 fixes a pet peeve - the δ deltacloud logo is black and doesn't appear very clearly against the dark grey nav bar. Obviously this impacts all pages and so the list of changes is long - but only the nav bar is changed tracked at http://tracker.deltacloud.org/set/217 marios
