Resolution: Won't Fix
wont fix because we can't do any more on deltacloud side
commit 131d5388626eca2092b7e4136efa00b4f2021e9e
already tries to refresh after stop.
This still results in a very small (1 second+-) window where
after hitting the "Stop" button the instance state is still "Running"
so all buttons are displayed. After that the screen for the stopped
instance becomes invalid since the instance is destroyed.
