I also pushed a minor fix on the html instance view to display the launch_time 
attribute (commit e7e9232da4030c872dd2feea5d943cce86f953e8 )

You need the latest version of the openstack rubygem - 1.0.9 which is available 
today (that's the version which includes the changes from your pull request 
against the gem). The update to the deltacloud gemspec (for requiring this 
latest gem version) will be pushed as part of DTACLOUD-450
