As tracked in: http://tracker.deltacloud.org/set/307 Summary: Empty user-data file delivered on rhevm3.1 due to bug in the rbovirt gem. I cut a new version of the gem today - 0.0.17 @ https://rubygems.org/gems/rbovirt/versions/0.0.17 This patch is just an update of the deltacloud gemspec to require this new version, includes the fix needed to address Jira DTACLOUD-437 Testing please make sure you have latest rbovirt@ 0.0.17
