$ ruby -v
ruby 1.8.7 (2010-08-16 patchlevel 302) [i686-linux]
Deltacloud requires at least Ruby 1.8.7.

I believe it is at least Ruby 1.9.3 now?
Also, on my CentOS 6.3 release yum install ruby still gives me 1.8.7 so the yum
example may need updating too.
