Hi all I created DELTASPIKE-395 and took a first stab at it:
- Upgraded all of the PPMC to PMC - Upgraded struberg from Champ to VP - Removed those who weren't listed here: (other than THUG who is the only one I can think of that's been added as a dev) https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/DeltaSpike/Graduation+Proposal (though if I removed anyone inappropriately let me know).
