A "build-managed" profile, which automatically downloads and unpacks the
container, should be added for WildFly.
Also, the current approach used for this feature for AS7 is impractical, as it
unpacks the container for every module, and so currently needs several
gigabytes of disk space. The container should be unpacked to a shared location.
