Scenario:
- Loadbalaner is terminated by https (port 443)
- The tomcat behind it runs on http
When adding the initial dswid in ClientWindowHelper, port 80 is written into
the URL which breaks the redirect.
It would be great, if the insertion of the port in the redirect URL could be
switched off optionally.
