It's currently not possible to {{@Exclude}} a ViewConfig.
It seems to be a valid scenario, to want to swap view configurations based on
project stage, given that it's possible to swap various other configurations
and, more generally, any beans which affect the application behaviour based on
conditions (e.g. project stage).
