Hi Wojtek! Nested calls to repositories are currently failing (due to their
abstract nature, this happens luckily not very often ;-)). We will fix that. As
a quick workaround, simply use the EntityManager directly in the mapper, as we
do e.g. in SimpleQueryInOutMapperBase.
