Description:
to avoid streaming of the windowhandler in following cases:
- Non-Ajax-Get request with redirect e.g. in f:viewAction
- Post-Redirect-Get with ajax.
DefaultClientWindowConfig#isClientWindowStoreWindowTreeEnabledOnAjaxRequest can
also be removed then.
