windowHandler.js reloads/redirects when ClientWindow mode and tokenizedRedirect
is enabled in ClientWindowConfig.
This can be easily reproduced with closing a toggleable primefaces panel, which
immediately seems to reopen because of that redirect
skip links with href=# or href=javascript:void(0); in windowhandler?
