Fix For: 1.6.1
The WindowIdHtmlRenderer currently renders our script, also if DELEGATED is
used.
As the windowhandling is completely delegated to JSF, we don't need our scripts
here - also windowhandler.js currently does NOTHING when DELEGATED is used.
