I'd like to implement the following feature in ConfigResolver:

myapp.someapp.soap.endpoint=${someapp.host.url}/someservice/myendpoint
and 
someapp.host.url=http://localhost:8081

Of course this is a behaviour which needs to be enabled for each config 
resolving.
