our infra team have had a terrible week with the svn boxes outage, https://blogs.apache.org/infra/entry/subversion_master_undergoing_emergency_maintenance and IIUC they are now working on the side effects of the changes they needed to make. So I don't know when INFRA-8797 will be fixed, and the website has been like that for a few days anyway so I don't think it's that urgent. -Bertrand
