To log into Jenkins it seems the committer account is already available (mine works) but the real effort of adding new jobs as described needs to be handled via JIRA. You can run a job as logged-in user, also see workspace, but not change any settings.
@Volkan, would you like to request those changes on JIRA? That includes either renaming or simply deleting the existing "devicemap-java6" one, as it no longer meets the new structure.
