@sandesvitor 1. I think it's ok to skip the Name and just set the ID on the assignee if that's all the API gives you. 2. What's exactly the difference between alerts and incidents? Do you want alerts to be treated differently to incidents? Currently domain layer only recognizes an Incident issue type.
