### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case Aa a user to set up Apache DevLake, I want to use the fine-grained token and the Test Connection should verify the permission to make sure it would work ### Description This is a complement to #4712 Thanks to #4686 from @jakezhu9 , we now offer the ability to verify if the PAT is sufficient for the `devlake` to collect data. However, the fine-grained tokens are still unchecked.
