### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened We are using bitbucket server (v8.9.10). The PR url is empty in Dora Details - Lead Time for Changes.  I checked the table and it was actually empty. When I checked the code, I found that it uses the same fields from Bitbucket cloud. https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Aapache%2Fincubator-devlake%20pull.Links.Html.Href&type=code Shouldn't we use links.self.href on bitbucket server? When checked locally, it looks like below.  ### What do you expect to happen I want pr.url to be collected properly. ### How to reproduce Start data collection for a project with a Bitbucket Server plugin connection.
