### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened 1. Initiated new connection for Github server. 2. Added Data source (corresponding repos) and scope config appropriately. 3. Added New project and mapped data source to it appropriately. 4. Once the configurations were completed, "Collect data" was performed and the corresponding pipeline was successful. 5. However, the repos that I have added were not reflected in "**pull_requests**" table This issue is blocking us from retrieving the GitHub metrics. The wierd part was that the repo count kept increasing in pull_request table on a daily basis <img width="1237" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/assets/95069195/7c3d1a13-bdf7-42aa-adc5-24141b9c7b5f";> ### What do you expect to happen I should see all repos in the pull_request table after the pipeline ran success. ### How to reproduce 1.
