### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened While trying to fetch CICD metrics from GitLab, "IN_PROGRESS" task details are not getting fetched. Only successful and failed job details are getting captured.
