Similar functionality is needed to filter bots when calculating pr_pickup_time metrics. https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/blob/afcb66ba34dc6e28be93c978d8c273c9b64ead21/backend/plugins/dora/tasks/change_lead_time_calculator.go#L183-L207 In the current implementation, the metric will be calculated from the first comment by the bot.
