I started with the terraform framework plugin repo and merged that with the initial commit here. Functionality is currently very limited but I started working on this during my on-call week and will continue adding the functionality that I need.. Someone else has to go through [this process](https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/tutorials/providers-plugin-framework/providers-plugin-framework-release-publish) at some point to actually publish the provider. I can not create repo secrets and I also don't want to impersonate "official" devlake maintainers..
