### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened When selecting to edit a scope config which was created by duplication, the popup wrongly informs that the changes will apply to other projects.  ### What do you expect to happen Apache Devlake warns that the changes will be applied only to the project using the specific scope config. ### How to reproduce 1. Create several projects with the same scope config. 2. Choose one of the projects and change the scope config by duplicating it and save it 3. Re-configure the new scope config 4.
