### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case I'd like to be able to see Work Item Age (not just Bug and Incident) because the age of any item is a critical metric for performance management Definition per the [Kanban Guide](https://kanbanguides.org/english/#elementor-toc__heading-anchor-10): The amount of elapsed time between when a work item started and the current time. ### Description Rather than just incident and bug age, I'd like to see age for any type of item.
