+1 for DevLake to graduate to a top-level project.

The project has matured significantly — both in terms of its technical
capabilities and community strength. From a technology standpoint, the core
data infrastructure is now stable and serves most dev analytics use cases
out of the box. On the community front, we've grown a healthy base of
active committers and, importantly, a solid group of release managers
who’ve reliably stewarded multiple successful releases. All signs point to
a community and codebase that are ready for prime time.

Excited to see what comes next as a TLP!
