DevLake requires the organization key to fetch your SonarCloud projects—if it's not set correctly, the connection test can still succeed, but the data scope will be empty because SonarCloud returns no projects for an invalid or missing organization. Double-check that the "Organization" field in your connection settings matches your SonarCloud organization exactly (you can find it at https://sonarcloud.io/account/organizations) [source](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/blob/2c15ad880dce830c6512fa58039527cbf4745b8b/config-ui/src/plugins/register/sonarqube/connection-fields/organization.tsx). If the organization is correct, make sure your SonarCloud account actually has projects under that organization.
