I'm in favour of a particular method. The key is that the api's for the service should be consistent, so that should drive the decision, I think. I mentioned the project name or an id in the body of the request as that is fairly easy to use from the api consumption part. I'm not 100% sure how the scopes would work, but if that is the standard already in DevLake, that should be the route for the sake of consistency.
