### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened Hi Team, I pulled devlake images (devlake, devlake config UI, devlake-dashboard, devlake-mysql) from docker hub and pushed to ACR, from ACR I used those images to deploy in AKS cluster nodes and deployed to 4 pods, via argocd deployment. However I see the the all pods are running healthu and no error logs, But due to some reason im still facing issue in getting devlake UI page. I also added env variables in manifests files in devlake backend file also in mysql deployment files with encryption secret and db details. The logs doesn't show any error to fix the issue as all 4 pods are in healthy stage. ### What do you expect to happen I would require help in resolving apache devlake page without 500 error.
