There's a tracking issue in the website repository — [incubator-devlake-website#824](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake-website/issues/824) — which documents that the hosted Grafana instance at `grafana-lake.demo.devlake.io` is completely unreachable across all endpoints. A related issue was also filed as [#8690](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues/8690) in this repository. The broken links affect all live demo pages, some homepage sections, and DORA documentation pages. Static screenshots on those pages still display, but all interactive Grafana links are dead.
