Add schema evolution support by either provide "EvolutionProviders" which
handle the evolution by some "versioning" or by supporting default values for
non existing properties.
This will need additional support in bytecode and there needs to be a size
value (per property) in the bytestream to skip a bunch of bytes on missing
properties.
