Since ehcache has been switched to 2.6, OSGI ehcache tests no longer work. It's
because ehcache cannot find a class that is located into the DirectMemory
ehcache integration bundle.
I did a fix that makes the bundle a fragment of the ehcache bundle so that the
ehcache bundle can load the class
