I just tried to update to the last apacheds trunk to reproduce the stack you asked for my case sensitive problem. Unfortunately, if compilation and tests are ok, I have a strange stack trace when launching the server with the same xml conf file I used before.
I think it is due to refactoring of database but can not see where easily...

This is the old path for the class and I do not understand JdbmMasterTable"$1" ?
Do you have any clue ?
