I started adding some code to fix DIREVE-232 and others so the proper checks
are made for the definition of attributes before allowing an operation to
succeed. These checks are fundamentally schema checks and they belong in the
schema checking interceptor as opposed to in handlers within the LDAP protocol
provider.
