Please take a look at MaxImmSubFilter. It is the only place actually requires NextInterceptor. ProtectedItem.MaxImmSub limits the maximum number of immediate subordinates.

Reason I ask is because all we need to do is throw an LdapNoPermission
exception and we exit the stack. Is there something I'm missing?
