Rename JNDI-related 'Context' to 'DIT'

There is a big confusion and difficulty in naming thanks to JNDI 'Context's.
To avoid the term 'Context' except for all generic purpose contexts (e.g.
ServletContext), I'll rename ContextPartition into DitPartition and so on for
similar others, and rename JNDI Context providers to have 'Jndi' prefix.
