Zone Transfer support will likely be supported by standard LDAP mechanisms.
Optionally, we may provide DNS RFC 1034/1035 zone transfer support.
o Record type AXFR
o 4.3.5 Use REFRESH, RETRY, and EXPIRE from SOA
o Server Version Num
o AXFR RR update sequence where first & last entry are SOA
o DNS must use TCP for AXFR
