Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Use nlog4j and the log4j.properties file format. Set -Dlog4j.debug to see
what/how nlog4j tries to find the properties file and where it is loaded from
etc. Use the log4j.configuration=file:///path/to/file to use an alternative
configuration.
