i actually believe its guaranteed, but by UDP/IP, yes. i must really have
mistunderstood the concept of UDP if this is wrong. the UDP packet is the
ioSession is the message. that's why they require the packet being 1024 bytes
or smaller, so it does not have to be split into multiple UDP messages. which
would give you the headache to figure out how to assemble which packets in
which order...
