On-the-fly schema class generation

Currently, we have to use Maven 2 plugin to make existing LDAP schema get
converted to our own Java classes to work with ApacheDS. This is incovenient
and there should be the way to perform this conversion automatically when
ApacheDS launches.
We could add a configuration property (a path to directory) where schema files
are stored.
