[mina] IoSessionManager -> IoService

Hi all,

I renamed the class IoSessionManager to IoService in the trunk.  I prefer IoService because it implies that it provides I/O service to sessions.  IoSessionManager sounds like it just manages sessions.  What name do you prefer?  Please suggest the better names if you have a good name.
