As an aside to this, there is a directory on one of the apache
servers that you can copy jars to and they will be published to
ibiblio on a 4 hourly basis.
I don't know the details of where you need to copy the files, but I'm
sure someone in either maven or in [EMAIL PROTECTED] can help out.
