It seems like M2 pom doesn't provide a room for the IRC information, so we
need to put it in a page. Which page would be most appropriate? Any idea?
Yeah, that's why I had not included it during refactoring. The most
approprite location the left menu seems to be the bottom of it. And
of course name of the page should be somethin g more general than
"IRC", maybe something like "Support" or "Community".
