Patched src/test/java directory.
These tests are not complete and are disabled in the pom.xml. Many of the tests
require ntp and dns protocol provider OSGi schemas to be specified and added to
the test configuration. I can do this but am awaiting feedback regarding issue
DIRSERVER-656.
Note: A problem with loading LDIF files was found in ServiceConfigurationTest
which extends the AbstractBackingStoreTest. See the inline comments and
workaround code for details.
