Excellent.  I just ported the test to Mina 0.9.4 and it seems the problem
went away.

Lesson: don't use Mina 0.8.2.  Go for 0.9.4+  Else one risks intermittent
data corruption.

(Will upload the 0.9.4 version of the same test harness to JIRA shortly.)

I'll run your test with 0.9.4 initially to see if its reproducible
there. At this point, we do recommend people to use 0.9.4 vs the 0.8
series
