[JIRA] PLEASE: stop using JIRA Directory (DIR) project for ApacheDS

For all those out there that file JIRA issues for ApacheDS under the 
Directory TLP JIRA (key DIR) please switch to using the ApacheDS JIRA 
using the DIRSERVER key.

The Directory JIRA is for TLP general issues that effect projects across 
the board.

I know this is not very easy to discern.  Sorry about the confusion.
