Dear Trustin and all that know the answer for submitting correctly,
I am aware of the ASF licensing and I did put it in the top of the files.
Is it necessary to add a license.txt (ASF) with the or do I need to
make a specific statement that the license is granted, i.e. what
procedure is necessary to complete the submission of the files?

The attachment contains an example of an XML Server + client and should help
start people building their server quickly.
Because an XML server was not in the examples, I created quickly something for
myself, but want others to also get the fruits and make them better if possible.
